Shipping
- We generally ship using USPS Priority mail. The service is
fast, and priced reasonably. Our shipping is based on the actual
Priority cost plus a handling fee of $3.95.
- We generally ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (or clearance) of
funds.
- We will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs. We will
make special arrangements to the best of our ability.
- We will ship overseas, although in almost all cases, shipping will cost
more. Please inquire if you need more detailed
information. Also, please check with local authorities to
inquire about possible import fees.
- Certain products such as wine stoppers (large quantities) and wall clocks
are heavy. In those cases we may ship with UPS or FedEx ground.
Their services are also excellent, especially when factoring in heavy
packages.
- Our shipping calculator only works with USPS
services (Priority and Express). If packages exceed 5 pounds
however, we will most likely ship by FedEx Ground because at that point it
may become cheaper than Priority. In those cases, we reserve
the right to modify the fee to reflect costs (most likely lowered). We will never
raise shipping and handling without telling you first and letting you decide if you still want to
place the order. It will be rare for this to happen.
Pricing - we believe that our pricing is about as low as you
will be able to find. We can't guarantee it, but if you see
something for less, let us know and we'll see if we can find a way to match or
beat the price.
Our prices are graduated - the larger the quantity purchased, the lower the
price.
We offer a - if you
don't like what you bought, for any reason, we will refund your purchase for up
to thirty days. If its after 30 days, and unused, contact me directly - chances
are we may take it back anyway.
Credit Cards - We now accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover,
and PayPal. Checks are also accepted.
